Code of Conduct

Evatt Calisthenics Club is committed to the positive influence of Calisthenics on the emotional development, the building of self-esteem and development of leadership skills of participants, Class Assistants, Cadets and Coaches.

To foster this, the Club aims to provide a positive environment where mutual respect and co-operation work in tandem to achieve the best possible results for each individual. To this end, the Evatt Code of Conduct is to be observed by ALL Evatt Calisthenics Club Members.

2025 Fees

Fees cover the cost of Hall Hire, Coaching fees, Costumes, Props, Competition entry fees, Insurance, Specialist Coach weekends, Club Concert and Bonding Day. We are committee and volunteer run and invite you to take on an active role to support our teams as the year progresses.

Invoices

You will receive regular Activity Statements from our Treasurer.

Payment options

We only accept payments by Direct credit/deposit. Payment by regular instalments, weekly/fortnightly/monthly is acceptable however, fees are to be finalised before 31 July and the Ballarat final payment by 30 August.

Discounts

Evatt tuition fees can by discounted by 5% if full payment is received by 31 March in the current year.

We offer a 10% sibling discount on the Evatt tuition fee component for second and subsequent siblings.

Fees are subject to adjustments to usual activity.
*Evatt calisthenics has a flat fee for Interstate travel based on mode of transport. Your team manager will confirm details once travel plans are arranged. Costs will be between $400 – $750.

Equipment Fee

There is a one-off Equipment Fee of $45 for each participant in Sub-Juniors and above, $5 for Tinies. This fee is to cover the cost of clubs and rod. Participants will be expected to pay for any non-wear and tear breakages that occur to their equipment throughout the year.

Solos/duos/trios

Those competing in Solos/Duos/Trios, a Solo Hall Hire Deposit of $200.00 is due 28 February. Final Solo Hall Hire costs will be charged at the end of the Solo competition season.

Fundraising

The Evatt Calisthenics Club Committee will be standing up a Fundraising Sub-Committee from term 1 2024. We will be seeking parent nominations from each age group to contribute ideas and facilitate arrangements for both incentive based fundraisers and whole of club initiatives.
